## Using Dropbox with Jurisphere

Once your Dropbox account is linked, you can use files stored in Dropbox within Jurisphere without having to manually download and re-upload them. This makes it easier to access and work with documents while keeping your files organized in their existing Dropbox folders.

## DropBox Sync Features

When using DropBox synced folders with Jurisphere:

* **Adding** a file to the DropBox synced folders will **add** it to Jurisphere as well.
* **Deleting** a file from DropBox **removes** it from the platform.
* **Changes** made to a file in DropBox are **reflected** on the platform automatically.
* **Restoring** a file from DropBox Trash **restores** it on the platform.
* Nested folders and subfolders are preserved, maintaining the same **folder hierarchy**.
* **Moving** a file between folders **updates its location** on the platform.
* Uploading the same document with a **different name** creates a **separate document**.

{% hint style="success" %}
You can monitor all incoming files from the **Activities** page, which shows status (In Progress, Completed or Failed), file name, type, and the exact time it was started.
{% endhint %}

## Unlinking/Disconnecting Dropbox

If you no longer want to use the integration:

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations**.
2. Select **Dropbox**.
3. Choose the option to **Unlink** the account.
4. Confirm the action when prompted.

{% hint style="info" %}
Disconnecting Dropbox removes the connection between your Dropbox account and Jurisphere. It does not delete your files from Dropbox.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.jurisphere.ai/integrations/dropbox.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
